We have had a great experience here. Everyone is so nice and my son's sleep and mood have improved 100% since starting treatment. My husband is also going to start the process soon to help with his sleep apnea.

We took our newborn son to Dr. Santiago for a holistic approach to addressing his tongue and lip ties. We ended up learning so much more about airway health and ultimately decided to bring our 6 year old daughter for an assessment. Dr. Santiago's incredible knowledge of the airway and how to leverage different technologies is awe inspiring. Most notably, our daughter's severely inflamed tonsils have been successfully treated with oxidative therapy, reducing snoring and improving her quality of sleep not to mention her overall health. Before meeting Dr. Santiago, we consulted our regular dentist and my daughter's pediatrician who both said to wait to see about a tonsillectomy when she was a little older. With Dr. Santiago, we were able to take immediate and non-invasive action to improve my daughter's health in a critical period of growth. This is just one example of how Dr. Santiago and her practice have helped my children achieve better airway health. We have a journey ahead of us for both children and are grateful to be in such capable hands.

This clinic is amazing! The entire team is warm, welcoming, and genuinely cares. Dr. Kimberly Santiago is the expert in all things airway health. In fact she’s a pioneer in this field. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, knows exactly what she’s doing, and has this rare ability to make you feel like you’ve known her forever, like a long-lost friend you instantly trust. I have four kids, and one is currently being treated here. They treat my child like their own, which means everything to me. If your child snores, please get them evaluated. It is not normal, and this is the place to start. I’m so impressed with the expertise, kindness, and family centered care. Highly recommend.

I had a full airway overhaul done with Airsync to widen my palate and upper airway with a MARPE, fix my class 3 under bite, and improve my lower airway function with Myofunctional therapy. My treatment was definitely complicated and long lasting. I really appreciate how hard the staff worked to get me through all the different phases of treatment, especially as I was struggling to push through long term sleep issues and exhaustion that main stream medicine wasn't helping me with. Doctor Santiago is up on all the latest airway procedures and technology so I had complete trust in her vision for my final outcome and also her ability to do procedures that could come with serious risks if done by someone without her skill and experience. She also has had her own airway journey so she is very empathetic and motivated to help people get relief and a better life. I'm very very grateful that I found Airsync.

In an ever-changing world, continuous learning is essential, especially in the medical field, where so much about the human body is still unknown. I had struggled to find a practitioner who could truly take a holistic view, but Dr. Santiago stands out as an extremely curious professional who is continuously expanding her knowledge in that direction. I also deeply appreciated her empathy. I have consulted her a few times for suggestions and second opinions, and each time she provided thoughtful guidance. I’m giving 4 ⭐ since I haven’t experienced her treatment directly, but if it weren’t for the distance, I would gladly consider her for my ongoing care.
